Hi all—I’m trying to access telephony data, however, the lamp.telephony and lamp.sms sensors return 0 events for all participants on record (>100). Interestingly, the lamp.calls sensor produces some events for only four participants.
Can telephony data be accessed by any other method besides these sensors? And is it most likely that all of the participants never turned on permissions to share this information, or could something else be going on here?
